• Support daily food preparation and service

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

• Assist the Head Chef with food prep, plating, and service

• Contribute ideas for menus and daily specials

• Ensure consistency and quality in every dish

• Help manage stock and kitchen organisation

• Kitchen experience is preferred but full training will be given
